What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) with PayPal. All payment information entered on our site is confidential and secure.

When you choose PayPal as your payment method, you'll be redirected to PayPal's site to complete your order. You can check the status of your payment by logging in to your PayPal account.

We don't offer cash on delivery (COD).

Can I change my order?

Please always double-check that you've placed your order correctly: sizes, colors, quantities, and especially the address. Due to our short processing time, we can’t ensure that changing your order will be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we will only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour after placing your order with us.

Can I change my order details (Address, Name, e-Mail, sizes, colors, quantities)?

You can only make changes before processing starts. After your order has been processed, we're unfortunately unable to make any changes.

Product Information And Product Issues

What is All-Over Printing or Sublimation in some of our garments?

Dye sublimation is a fast and efficient digital printing method that allows custom graphics to be applied to fabrics, clothing, rigid materials, and promotional products. This process involves two steps: first, the mirror image of the desired design is printed onto special transfer paper.

The printed transfer paper is then placed into a heat press along with a plain polyester fabric. Synthetic materials like polyester contain polymers that, when heated, allow the ink to bond with the fibers. The heat press reaches temperatures of up to 370°F, transforming the dye from solid to gas, embedding the colors into the fabric. This process ensures that the image becomes a part of the fabric's fibers, with no drying time required, significantly speeding up production.

The custom graphic is created using a four-color printing process featuring CMYK, which combines Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks. This method produces more vivid and brilliant colors than other screen-printing techniques. The printed images on fabric are resistant to fading, even after multiple washes.

What is DTG printing in some of our garments?

Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a printing method that sprays ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing.

For DTG printing, digital printers are used to spray water-based ink onto fabric. A pre-treatment solution is first applied to help the ink bond with the fabric. Next, the garment is mounted on a platen and placed into the printer, where the print is ready in just a couple of minutes. Finally, the ink is cured to make the print more durable.

DTG works best on 100% cotton, but cotton blends are also suitable.

The main advantage of DTG is that it’s easy to print one-offs because there’s almost no setup time.

How to choose the right size for the garment I want to buy?

Easy. On each product page, you'll find size guides. All our garments range from size XS to XL, although some items are available in size 2XL. To make sizing easier to understand, we've provided two types of guides: the Imperial guide (US, UK) and the Metric guide (Other countries).

Take your time to choose the right size according to the guides, and compare the measurements with the best outfit you have in your wardrobe.

I received an item that´s the wrong size. What I do?

If your garment is too small or too large, it’s likely that you didn’t take the time to review our size guides carefully. However, it’s possible that we made a mistake and sent you the wrong size. If the error was ours, please fill out the form at the end of the Return Policies section, ensuring all mandatory fields are completed. We will review the case and provide a solution. Please note that you have a maximum of 48 hours to file a claim. After this period, we won't be able to assist you.

I received a defective garment, what should I do?

It's very important that you read and understand our return policies, which you can find at this link. If we made a mistake and the garment is defective (this rarely happens unless the carrier damaged the package), please fill out the form at the end of the Return Policies section, ensuring all mandatory fields are completed.

We will review the case and provide a solution. Please note that you have a maximum of 48 hours to file a claim. After this period, we won't be able to assist you.

An item is missing from my order, or I received the wrong item. What should I do?

If we made a mistake and an item is missing from your order or you received the wrong item, please fill out the form at the end of the Return Policies section, ensuring all mandatory fields are completed. We will review the case and provide a solution.

Return Policies - LokiLooks

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report through the form created for this purpose at the end of this section.

The return address is automatically set by the shipping companies. When we receive a returned shipment, you will be notified via email. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facilities, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to yourself (if applicable).

If you have not submitted a claim or requested a reshipment, you hereby agree that any order returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment will not be eligible for reshipment and will be donated to charity at your expense (without issuing a refund).

LokiLooks does not accept returns of sealed products as we do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse. Additionally, used products cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that orders returned under these conditions will not be eligible for reshipment and will be disposed of.

Without exception, we do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse. For product returns and size exchange requests that are not due to an error on the part of LokiLooks, you will need to place a new order at your own cost for a product in another size if you still desire it. The request to withdraw from reshipment will be subject to an evaluation to verify if the product was used or damaged, even partially. In such cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notice for EU Consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be granted for:

  1. the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are thus not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore, LokiLooks reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, irrespective of any translation made for any purpose.
